An exotic breeder may have some newborn babies; hunting young animals is usually illegal; check state laws.
The Siberian tiger is the largest cat in the world. The body length of this species ranges from 140 to 280 cm. Males weight up to 300 kg and females are up to 160 kg. The coat pattern is similar in all tigers; white animals are very rare. There are 8 species of tigers known, but only 5 of them are living nowadays: the Siberian (or Amur,) the Bengal, the Sumatrian, the South Chinese, and the Indo-Chinese species. The Caspian, the Javan and the Balinese are extinct. The scientific name of all tigers is Pantera Tigris.

Exotic Breeder -
babies, hunting
Nowadays, white tigers are found in captivity only. First captive generations of these unique animals had many breeding depressions, because the gene that is responsible for the coat color also causes many genetic disorders, such as crossed eyes, spine curvative, twisted neck and shortened tendons of the legs. These malfunctions have prompted scientists to find a more effective method of breeding. Outbreeding with orange tigers is the way out. It produces less white cubs, but all of them are healthy. Some irresponsible specialists continue to inbreed white tigers, because they attract people and provide income.
