Sugar Glider Babies
Sugar glider babies look beautiful in a picture; some farms raise them exclusively.
These animals are marsupials, and mothers carry their young in the pouch, where they stay attached to the nipple for about 2 months. Do not try to tear a young off the nipple, as this may hurt the mother and kill the newborn.

picture, farms
Young are usually born singly, although twins do occur in this species. Newborns climb into the pouch, where they stay attached to the nipple for about 2 months, and it takes about a week for them to get out of the pouch.
