These are very unique and beautiful animals. They have thick coat that is the thickest one among all the rest cats and that is because of the region these animals are bound to live. Sometimes the temperature outside exceeds 40 degree Celsius. The coat is bright red in summer, but it turns pale in winter. It is very thick, and there are about 3000 hairs per square inch, and it provides a reliable protection against cold.
