Adopt A Rottweiler
If you want to adopt a rottweiler, don't trust a picture or galleries of pictures before you see the dog itself.
Dog owners without a strong grasp of the breed’s nature and basics of obedience training can find themselves in trouble, especially if the dog has been badly bred and raised in a backyard kennel. Such dogs tend to become dominating, aggressive, or territorial. Both aggression and timidity are disqualifying faults in this breed. Only irresponsible breeders and unknowledgeable owners encourage aggressive behavior in their dogs. It’s difficult to correct aggressive behavior, as the personality of a dog develops at the early age. Such dogs cannot find new owners, if surrendered to the rescue.
