Akc Rat Terrier

There is no standard through akc rat terrier but can be found on the UKC website and will allow any kennel whose breeder follows their guidelines to register their dogs. This breed isn’t registered by the American Kennel Club; the first organization that registered the breed was the UKC (Universal Kennel Club). Other organizations that recognize this breed are the ARF (Animal Research Foundation) and the CKC (Continental Kennel Club).
