Pug Resue

These dogs are highly reminiscent of Bulldogs, but they are smaller in size, and genetically they are in no way related to any Mastiff-type breed. These dogs originated in China, and their ancestors arrived in Europe around the turn of the 17th century. In 1885 they were recognized by the AKC.
