The Mangalarga is the National Horse of Brazil and is the product of rich agricultural area and its haciendas. The excellent disposition of the Mangalarga Marchador, as well as its tameness and intelligence, makes it an easy animal to train. The hardiness of this breed can easily be noted as one observes its great ability to adapt to any type of unfavorable terrain or climate, be it tropical, temperate or cold.
