Mr.Ken Mollett from London wanted to develop a bulldog that was comparable to the original, taller, healthier bulldog of the 1800's. In 1985, he developed a breeding program and began crossing Staffords, Bullmastiffs, Bull Terriers and the healthiest Bulldogs he could locate. Victorian Bulldogs are affectionate dogs that love attention from their owners. Though they may look somewhat intimidating, they are a gentle and reliable breed.
