The Otterhound was developed to help control the otter population in England. Today, otter hunting has been banned. The Otterhound is known for its musical voice that it tends to use freely. This breed has webbed feet to assist it in swimming, is extremely energetic and must be allowed plenty of exercise and time for exploring.
