The Goldendoodle is a cross between a Golden Retriever and the Poodle. They are hybrid dogs that normally take on the best traits of the two unrelated purebreds. The Goldendoodle will acquire a coat that looks retriever-like, or poodle-like, but typically somewhat in-between. These hybrid crosses are friendly, intelligent and make terrific family dogs.
