Kinkajou information can be obtained from a special farm, but it can be difficult to find farms working with these creatures.
These creatures are scientifically known as Potos flavus and are nocturnal mammals that are native to the lowland rainforests of Central and South America. Their habitats range from eastern and southern Mexico through Belize and Costa Rica in Central America and down as far south as Ecuador and southern Brazil in South America.

The average lifespan of these creatures is about 23 years and they are about 1.5 feet long and the tail should be about 18 inches long. The average weight is about 6.5 lbs.
