1. We guarantee that we have taken all reasonable measures to keep our Ads current so that buyers will have a rewarding experience searching our Ads.

2. All Ads have a maximum duration of 120 days. The Ads may be renewed at the end of that period provided the pet is still available.

3. However, during the initial Ad period most of the Ads are removed due to the fact that the pets are sold. During this time period the sellers are reminded approximately every month to remove their Ads once their pets have been sold. For this reason, our Ads are kept very current.

4. Nevertheless, we cannot promise that a pet you see for sell today will still be available by the time you contact the seller since hundreds of Ads are removed every week. However, due to the large number of new Ads placed every week, most buyers are very happy with their shopping experience.

5. If you contact a seller, please give the seller a few days to respond to your request.
