1. After opening a user account and purchasing a Classifieds Viewer Subscription (CVS), you can view owner contact information for all Ads.

2. Some owners will list their names, addresses, and phone numbers. Others will require that you contact them first by the confidential e-mail system of GotPetsOnline.

3. To contact an owner by this confidential e-mail system, just click on the "Contact Ad Owner" link for the E-mail Address below the Telephone Number heading.

4. We cannot guarantee that the pet in an Ad is necessarily still available although most Ad owners cancel their Ads as soon as the pet is sold.

5. We do not have a way to contact owners of pictures in the Picture Gallery. You can only contact Ad owners in the classifieds section.
