The Pink Flamingo
The pink flamingo will thrive under the care of knowledgeable breeders; an aviary is better suited for creatures that can fly.
In the wild these birds can be found near any shallow-water lakes, ponds or protected inlets of the Mediterranean. These creatures can also be seen along the coast of Spain and southwestern France. The only place in France where they nest is the Camargue.

These birds reach sexual maturity several years after birth; as a rule, they begin to breed at about 6 years of age. These creatures are able to breed twice a year and breeding can occur in any season of the year. Females usually lay 1-2 eggs. The pink flamingo will thrive under the care of knowledgeable breeders; an aviary is better suited for creatures that can fly.
