These animals are covered with a thick undercoat and a medium length, loosely lying, harsh top coat. Their muzzle, face, ears and front of legs are covered with a short coat. Their coat comes in red, fawn, gray, black, mahogany and other colors. Eurasier dogs at a kennel are seldom the only puppy.
