Also called Redtick Coonhound.
These dogs comes in the following colors: red and white ticked, blue and white ticked, tri-colored with ticking, red and white, and white and black. The dogs that are tricolor can be disqualified in the show ring. On the whole these dogs are swift, hot-trailing, competitive hounds, that are good hunters.
