World Record Elk

A world record elk can be seen on most hunting record sites along with pictures of the baby elk and elk farm locations. The animal is also called Cervus Canadensis and has become the official state animal in 1971. These animals were also called wapiti and the scientists of later times named the animal by early English colonists. The animals were once found over most of the United States and southern Canada.
