One of the races of the European bobcat is called the Felis isabellinus looks unspotted when in their thick winter coat, but show indistinct spots on the underparts in summer. The Spanish bobcat, Felis pardina, has a yellowish-red coat and white underparts, is clearly spotted in black. The desert lynx photo can be found on most North American websites with pictures.
