Before looking for dogs for sale or from a rescue, it's not enough to see a picture of the breed.
Dalmatians originated in Croatia, although this point is controversial. These pets were used as hunting dogs, watching dogs, war sentinels, vermin controllers, and hounds and particularly as carriage dogs. Not only were they part of decoration for carriages, but they did in fact guide horses along the right path.

These animals make perfect pets, and their liver-brown or black spots can melt the hardest heart on earth. They are friendly, energetic and playful, and are very good with children.
