Chihuahua Dachshund Mix
A chihuahua dachshund mix is not common at responsible kennels and such dogs are usually common at rescues.
There are six varieties of the breed that are: smooth-haired, wire-haired and longhaired and they are in two sizes, Standard and Miniature. The standard type is about 14-18 inches high and weighs about 20 pounds. The miniature type is up to 14 inches and weighs 9 pounds.
A chihuahua dachshund mix is not common at responsible kennels and such dogs are usually common at rescues.

The other type is the smallest – the toy type that is up to 12 inches and weighs about 8 pounds. These dogs are willful; they are curious and mischievous while they are very clever and may attempt to train the owner rather than allow the opposite.
