Picture Of Whooping Crane
A picture of whooping crane doesn't usually show them in aviaries; in some cases, breeders may let them roam freely.
These are striking, large, white birds with black wing tips. They are the large white birds (the black wingtips are hidden when the birds are standing) that have rather long necks and walk or stand on long thin legs. They are white colored.

The main population of these birds can be found at Wood Buffalo National park in Canada and winters at Aransas National Wildlife Refuge in coastal Texas. Nowadays these birds are endangered and in many countries there are special programs to save the birds.
