Connemara Pony
The connemara pony breeder will usually have a picture of its newest foal.
This horse is a hybrid and its breeding program was left to natural selection. These horses resemble greatly the Welsh and Arabian breeds, though the blood of Mustang is obvious. The head of the horse is expressive, the eyes are large, wide set ears and well muscled.

Connemara Pony -
breeder, foal
The actual size of these horses is 12-13 hands because of their diet that consists 80% of coarse salt marsh cordgrass and American beach grass. As the horses eat salty grass they naturally require more water to drink and therefore they look so fat. The connemara pony breeder will usually have a picture of its newest foal.
