Border Collie Nebraska Rescue
The border collie nebraska rescue will take any dog in need and is supported by the local breeder.
This organization was started in 1999. It is based on the idea of helping abandoned and homeless dogs of this breed. Volunteers foster, train, socialize, transport, visit shelters, provide veterinary care, and educate the public on responsible dog ownership and the characteristics and needs of their dogs.

Border Collie Nebraska Rescue -

Also called Rough Collie, Smooth Collie.
The dogs surrendered are spayed or neutered, health checked and provided with necessary medical help, including vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative. Volunteers groom each dog, begin initial obedience training, provide herding tests for some dogs, evaluate for activity level and temperaments, socialize and provide a loving environment for their needs.
