This is an organizations formed by the enthusiasts and fanciers of the breed. Any person who wishes to acquire a dog of this breed should meet breeders and owners, and read as much as possible about the requirements of these dogs.

Bearded Collie Club -

Also called Rough Collie, Smooth Collie.
All Beardies in rescues are spayed or neutered before placement. Volunteers ascertain both mental and physical soundness and take great care to match the rescues with appropriate homes.
Adoptive families sign a contract stating they will return the Beardie to our organization if they can no longer care for them. The bearded collie club will usually have photos and training info available.
