Farm Collie
On a farm, collie puppies are sometimes available, so evaluate the dog.
Purebred adult dogs of this breed stand 22 to 26 inches tall at the shoulder. They weigh 45 to 90 pounds. These dogs come in two varieties, rough and smooth. Each variety may be one of four colors: sable and white, tricolor, blue merle, and white. However, not all dogs of this breed look like Lassie, a dog that made the breed famous.
