Actually Chinese explorers and traders took these dogs with them on their ships and they frequently sold or traded the dogs with people met along the way. The dogs were used on the ships as ratters. Thus these animals can be found nowadays in port cities wherever Chinese ships have visited. Pet classifieds will sometimes provide photos and training classes.
