Most likely, if you come across someone offering you such a puppy, this is a dollar-oriented puppy mill. Conscientious breeders never sell out their puppies and never have lots of them. They deal with only one or two breeds and do not seek profit in breeding. They never sell their dogs to irresponsible people and screen potential buyers and their families for suitability before selling their dogs to them.
