Chihuahua Club
Any chihuahua club or rescue will help to raise puppies.
Since this breed is rather popular in the USA and abroad there exist a large number of different organizations and societies devoted to promotion and preservation of these special dogs. They encourage breeders to abide to the AKC standard in breeding purebred dogs. To increase the public interest in the breed, such organizations hold shows, seminars and competitions. They also protect the interests of the abandoned dogs and strive to find new permanent homes for them and educate the public about the responsible pet ownership.
Any chihuahua club or rescue will help to raise puppies.

These canines have very delicate bones that are very prone to fractures. These dogs must be taught not to wiggle out of one’s arms, because a fall may result in sad consequences. The breed is not recommended for small children, firstly because they can accidentally hurt this small dog and secondly because they tend to be scrappy when being teased and may bite. They make superb companions for elderly people and do okay without a yard, but they do appreciate rigorous exercise and walks. Any chihuahua club or rescue will help to raise puppies.
