Another aim of the organization is to help control the growing pet overpopulation through spaying and neutering the dogs in its care. It also extends public education and awareness regarding abuse and neglect of pets. To adopt a purebred dog, every applicant should fill out a questionnaire and pay a little donation to partially cover the expenses on caring for the dog.
