Veiled Chameleon

A veiled chameleon has many babies and is easily identifiable in a photo. Chamaeleo calyptratus is considered the most commonly bred and available species of its genius. They belong to the hardiest type and are truly the most striking animals in appearance. They are often sold in pet stores. In the wild, they inhabit the western coast of Yemen and southern Saudi Arabia. A veiled chameleon has many babies and is easily identifiable in a photo.

Projectile tongues, large eyes that are able to move independently, prehensile tails, grasping feet and compressed bodies characterize these unique animals. They are insectivorous. When this animal spots its prey, it starts rocking back and forth. After estimating a distance, it fixes both eyes on the prey and then grabs it with its tongue. A veiled chameleon has many babies and is easily identifiable in a photo.
