The idea of producing a Siamese-colored Persian appeared in the 1930s, but it was not until the 1950s that the breeding took place. In 1957, the breed was registered by the Cat Fanciers’ Association and the American Cat Fanciers’ Association.

This cat has a sturdy body, big heads, flat noses and extremely long hair. They belong to the category of Persian cats, but their Siamese-like coloration is notable.
