Caracal
The caracal wild cat is not welcome on most farm land and babies are usually driven out.
The animal is also called an African lynx and desert lynx. It is distributed throughout Africa, and Asia from Turkey through northwestern India to Arabia. The animals inhabit grasslands, scrubby woodlands and forested areas throughout its range where it hunts rodents, birds, reptiles and other small mammals, which make up most to the diet.

This is a powerful medium-sized cat with long legs that weighs up to 50 pounds, stands about 20 inches at the shoulder and has an overall body length of about 52 inches. This is a good hunter and is able to kill prey species over twice its body weight. The caracal wild cat is not welcome on most farm land and babies are usually driven out.
