These dogs are intelligent and easy to train. However, they may be couch potatoes and are not always willing to exercise. It is recommended to ask a breeder or an experienced owner about obedience classes and take advice on general care. In fact, these dogs are said to be amiable companions that will be happy to please their owners. However, they suffer from a few health disorders and need a lot of care. It is not recommended to exercise the dog in hot weather, as the breed is prone to overheating.
