Despite their somewhat aggressive look, these dogs are gentle and convivial, and they are not even wary of strangers. This dog originated in the 13th century, when bull-baiting traditions were initiated. These dogs were larger than the modern breed, and they had an extremely vicious and aggressive temperament.
