Boxer Rescue
A boxer rescue is generally supported by the local breeder and kennels are the temporary homes.
These dogs are muscular, short-coated, and square-headed, characterized by the slightly pushed in top of the muzzle, and a broad nose. Dogs stand up to 25 inches at the withers and weigh about 70 pounds. Females are slightly smaller, but both sexes have similar personalities and abilities. These dogs have a short coat that needs minimal grooming. A regular wipe-down and an occasional bath will keep it in a good condition. The only acceptable body color in this breed is fawn with white markings on muzzle, chest, belly, feet, neck, and inner legs. The face should be a black mask.
