The coat should be pure white in color with no other markings or shadings. The coat should be long and flocked and stand away from the body. The dogs should be shown in their natural state. The tail should be high set over the back. A bolognese breeder will strive to produce a dog that has no genetic or body type defects and support the local rescues.
