Heeler Pups
Heeler pups are hard to find at rescues and kennels usually offer puppies.
ACDs are energetic, intently focused hounds. Most will want to be active and busy most, if not all, of the time. The coat of the hound is weather-resistant and needs little care; thus it is very easy to groom. You need only to comb and brush with a firm bristle brush, and bathe your hound when necessary.

Heeler Pups -
rescues, kennels
Early socialization is important, as they can be too protective or too friendly towards strangers. Actually this breed does not suit for living in an apartment, as these hounds are known to be barkers and can disturb your neighbors. They are fine with children, especially when raised with them.
