Blue Bonnet
Blue bonnet parrot birds can be viewed on most exotic bird picture sites.
These are medium sized parrots that are distributed across much of interior south-eastern and southern Australia. They prefer arid and semiarid scrub and cropland, mulga scrub, mallee and dry open woodland. There are three subspecies of these parrots that are: N. h. narethae, N. h. haematorrhous and N. h. pallescens.

Blue Bonnet -
birds, bird
These species live in small groups or feeding flocks of up to 30 individuals. Males are colored brightly thus their forehead and face and cheeks dark blue, breast and upper parts gray- brown.
