To adopt a dog is not very easy, you have to fill out an application form and pay a donation to partially cover the expenses on medical care, boarding, feeding and training. Volunteers will inspect your house to make sure you are able to keep the dog. A bloodhound rescue will not usually have puppies, breeders are the best place to look.
