Tiger Bengal
A tiger bengal cattery and breeders will inform one on the specifics of the cat breed.
Most animals of this species are orange or tawny brown in color with dark stripes and white bellies. There are reports of animals with unusual coloring seen in the wild. One of the mutations is white coat color with chocolate stripes. White animals usually have blue eyes, but some species have green or yellow eyes. In 1951, a white cub was taken to a zoo where it was raised and bred to an orange female. One of the litters produced several white cubs that were inbred later.

White animals can also be without stripes; with the stripe visible only under reflected light. There exist black or melanistic animals, which have yellow, tawny or white stripes on a black background. Black animals without stripes have been reported, but wasn’t substantiated by photos. These creatures are in danger of extinction. They have suffered massive destruction over the past century and may disappear by the 2050s. There were eight subspecies in the beginning of the 20th century, and three of them became extinct in by the 1950s.
