It may be difficult to find a domestic bengal cat at rescues, as these cats are rare.
Cats of this breed grow to be rather large compared to other breeds. Males reach over 15 pounds in weight; females are a little smaller and weight 8-10 pounds. To buy a good cat, you should look for a reputable breeder, which is registered by TICA or other association.
