Aussies are medium-sized dogs. Adult males stand at 20-23 inches. Males measure 18-21inches. A wide range of colors is available in the breed. The color palette includes red merle, blue merle, solid black and solid red. The breed standard is not very strict. It allows for blue eyes, or one blue and one brown eye, for instance.
