There are many different colors that this pedigree may have and on of the most unusual is snowy. That is the most advantageous color for a hunting dog that chases its prey in the snows; it is almost not visible and very beautiful.

This type reminds a wolf albino very much. It has a wonderful coat and you have to take care of it much. You need to brush your dog every day but the washing should not be frequent. At least two times a year you will have really problems with its coat because of the shedding. The white akita may appear in a rescue, but is usually acquired through breeders.
